There is enough rentals in the area now. however, <br /> they would have no objection to a single fimily <br /> reaidence. <br /> 3. There are parking problema now without additiunal <br /> conetruction work. <br /> 4 . This is a amall lot an� there would be very little <br /> play area for children. <br /> i5.
