They £elt that February <br /> 3rd did not give enough time to provide the citizena with <br /> information about the proposal and suggesr.ed that [he election be <br /> deleyed until May 19, 1986. Preaident Gtpson asked her to diacuse <br /> this when the item comea up on the agenda. <br /> CITIZEN COMMENTS <br /> Celia Casper of 1304 Brukarud Road apoke of the purehase by the city <br /> of 15 new traneit busea with only one bus having a lift for dieabled <br /> people. She felt there should be more buses with Che lifte but when <br /> ahe discuased this with the tcanait people, she was told thece were <br /> not enough disabled people to wa[rent this. She said ahe also used <br /> the Senior Center vana, but had to reserve ehe time, and ahe wanted <br /> the opportunity to be able to take the bus whenevec slte wanted to. <br />
