These deficiencies may be deemed detrimentel to the health, <br /> safety, and welfare of the occupants as defined in the Uniform Housing Cade. and the <br /> Unifottn Cade for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. These conditions may be <br /> sufficient to declare the unit to be substandard an/or dangerous. A copy of the <br /> inspection report is enclosed. <br /> Your immediate attention is required in correcting these conditiens. Please contact this <br /> office within ten (10) days of your receipt of this letter with a plan of uction to <br /> accomplish this.
