A recent reinspection of � <br />' this property on January 2] , 1992, indicates that the conditions <br /> have not improved and that the property remains in violation of <br /> Chapter 8.20, the Mir�imum Property Maintenance re�ulations of the <br /> Everett Municipal Code. The specific nuisances and conditions <br /> present on this property which constitute a violation ir� <br /> /��, accordance with Section 8.20.020 EMC are: <br /> I <br /> A. Junk, trash, litter, boxes, discarded lumber, salvaqe <br /> 1 materials or other similar materials in any front yard, <br /> � ,_� side yard, rear yard or vacant lot; <br /> � __�' B. Attractive nu•isances dangerous to children, including but <br /> not limited to abandoned, broken or neqlected equipment, <br /> ' machinery, refrigerators and freezers, excavations, wells, <br /> I �� or shafts in any front yard, side yard, rear yard or vacant <br /> lot; <br /> E. Dead, decayed, diseased, noxious or hazardous trees or <br /> � � � vegetation, or any vegetation (not including vegetation <br /> '� located in flower beds) taller than forty-two inches high or <br /> grass taller than twelve inchas in height. in any front yard, <br /> „ '�_ side yard, rear yard or vacant lot, <br /> ��� To correct these violations, please remove and properly dispose <br /> i of all junk, trash, Jiscarded lumber, salvage materlals, old <br /> appliances, and the overgrown veqetation located in the front, <br /> ��1-� side, and rear yards of your property on or before February 28, <br /> 1992 . <br /> The failure to abate these nuisances and correct these violations <br /> by the date specified above will lead L•o further legal action <br /> which would include the City abatiny the nuisance and billing the <br /> costs to you.
