Z• Special charges for connection to thea�and water systems in accordance with <br /> Ordinance 1998-94 and subsequent revisions aze applicable. These charges are based on <br /> projected water usage und can be substantial. The Applicant is encouraged to obtain a <br /> copy of the ordinance and detertnine estimated charges prior to building permit <br /> application. The actual charges shall be computed by the Public lyorks Department per <br /> the ordinance in effect at the time of building permit issuance. <br /> 3. This site contains twu sub-basins of Powder Mill Creek drainage basin. The amount of <br /> area draining to the creek in each sub-basin after development should not be greater than <br /> the area dreining to each creek before development. <br /> 4. Stortnwater runoH'from paved areas routed to the Fluke/Boeing detention facility to the <br /> east of this site will require treatment prior to discharge to the existing pond. At a <br /> minimum, a vegetated swale, designed and constructed in accordance with current City <br /> standards, must be pravided. In addition, detention of stortnwater runoff from this sub- <br /> basin must be provided in accordance with current City standards. Modifications of the <br /> Pxisting pond may be necessary to meet this requirement. Runoff routed to the main <br /> Powder Mill stortnwater treatment and detention facilities to the west of this site will not <br /> require treatment or detention prior to discharge to these facilities and the facilities will <br /> not requiro modification. <br /> 5. Stortnwater runofffrom the roof area and/or the new paved areas should be infiltrated if <br /> soil end slope conditions allow. Infiltration systems fro rooRop tunoff may be <br /> undergound systems, designed in accordance with City of Everett roof downspout <br /> infiltration system criteria. Infiltration systems for pavcment runoff must mat City <br /> infiltration basin criteria. <br /> 6. Locetions of any drainage facilities near steep slopes will require deteiled geotechnical <br /> analysis and design that documents and ensures their safety. <br /> 7. Per city standerds, surface drainege facilities including wetponds, deteMion facilities, <br /> vegetated swales, and infiltration facilities shall be located outside the aasociat:, buffers of <br /> all wetlands, streams, rivers, lakea, or ponds. Wetlenda may not be used for detention of <br /> stortnwater. <br /> 8. Pedestrien access(separate from vehicle circulation)from the proposed building location <br /> , to the access road ia recommended. This pedestrian conneccion would serve to encourage ' <br /> the use of transit if service is provided along the access road in the future. <br /> 9. A conceptual road providing access to land north of the proposed child development <br /> centa shown on early versions of the site plen is not part of the proposa!end hes not bcen <br /> reviewed nor approved by the City at this time. <br /> 10. City Streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during the construction. <br /> Uust suppression and streec cleaning must occur as directed by the Public Works <br /> Inspector. <br /> 11. Pertnits must be obtained for all fill removed from the site and placed within the City <br /> Limits. <br /> 12. This project must comply with the current City of Everett Building Code and Sprinkler <br /> Ordinance. <br /> a <br />
