April 10, 2013 <br /> CONSENT ITEMS: <br /> Moved by Council Member Murphy, seconded by Council Member <br /> Affholter, to approve the following consent items: <br /> RESOLUTION — CLAIMS <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 6602 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved claims against the city of Everett in the amount of <br /> $962,086.41 for the period of March 23, 2013 through March 29, 2013. <br /> RESOLUTION - PAYROLL <br /> To adopt Resolution No. 6603 acknowledging the payment of audited <br /> and approved payroll claims against the city of Everett in the amount <br /> of$3,471,852.40 for the period ending March 23, 2013. <br /> Roll was called with all council members voting yes except Council <br /> Members Gipson and Bader were excused. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> ACTION ITEMS: <br /> COUNCIL BILL NO. 1303-13 <br /> THIRD AND FINAL READING: <br /> AN ORDINANCE closing a special improvement project <br /> entitled "7th Avenue SE — 92nd Street SE to 112th Street SE," <br /> Fund 303, Program 077, as established by Ordinance No. 2943- <br /> 06 <br /> Moved by Council Member Roberts, seconded by Council Member <br /> Stonecipher, that this is declared to be the third and final reading of <br /> Council Bill No. 1303-13 and the City Clerk is directed to call the roll for <br /> the final disposition of the ordinance. <br /> 106 <br />
