WHEREAS, Superior Court issues Order No. 05-2-05933-6 authorizing the City <br /> to take such actions as it reasonably determines are necessary to abate the nuisance <br /> existing at 4511 Colby Avenue, including but not limited to the removal of garbage, <br /> human sewage, rotten food, animal carcasses, unsanitary personal property and the repair <br /> and rehabilitation of the property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City did incur expenses in completing abatement of said <br /> violations at the subject property; and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of Council's consideration of this Resolution was provided to <br /> the property owner of record; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City of Everett <br /> that the expenses set forth in the report attached hereto is hereby confirmed for the <br /> subject property. The City Treasurer is hereby authorized to certify the amount due and <br /> owing to the County Treasurer, which amount shall then be entered as an assessment <br /> upon the tax rolls against the subject property with interest as provided by law. <br /> uncilperson Introducing Resolution <br /> PASSED and APPROVED this 20th day of June , 2005. <br /> Council President <br />
