Techmcally, thesc pertnits aze expiring. I would appreciate your assistance in clazifying the status of these permits. Some are surely finished, and we just need to schedule inspection to document final approvals. Others, if they are for work that �s continuing, need either an inspecpon report documenting progress, or a formal request for exuasion of the permits so that they do not expire. The Uniform Building Code provides that all permits exp¢e by limitadon tf the work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoned at any time aher work is commenced for a period of 180 days. Enclosed in this packet, you will fmd the list of outstanding permits, which includes brief descriptioas of the work permitted under each, the contractor natned on the permit, and the date of the last requested inspection. Also enclosed is a copy of each listed permit and its inspections. I am prepared ro send a copy of this letter, the list, and the relevant permits and iaspectionsto each contractoc.
