Boeing is contracting with <br />a landscape architect to implement these requirements with design drawings <br />and specifications. These plans and specifications will be submitted to the <br />City of Everett for your review and approval as required. Boeing will hire a <br />landscape contractor to complete the landscaping per the approved design. <br />Figure 17 of the Draft Environmental Impact Statement outlines the landscape <br />areas to be started in 1991. The legend has two areas with the approximate <br />trigger permit year of 1991. <br />"Area 1" is along the north and south sides of Highway 526; and along the <br />west side of Airport Road from Highway 526 to approximately the Kasch Park <br />Intersection. The design drawings and specifications for this area will be <br />complete by December 31, 1991. The landscape installation for "Area 1" will <br />be complete by August 15, 1991 unless substantial delays are experienced <br />due to inclement weather conditions or unfavorable planting times. <br />"Area 2" is along the west side of Seaway Boulevard from south of the 40-87 <br />building to the Boeing north property line, and along the north property line <br />from Seaway Boulevard to the 40-95 building.
