From the v <br /> Plenning Department's perspective, thi6 plan represente a { <br /> qood faith effort on the part oP The Boeinq Company to � <br /> comply with the requirements of the SEPA Decision Document � <br /> and Master Landscape Plan. <br /> The City understande that The Boeing Company has committed <br /> to provide landecapinq improvements in accordance with the <br /> approved Haeter Landscape Plan. The City accepte the <br /> propoaed partial phasing schedule in lieu of a 3o0t <br /> Performance Bond, subject to the following: i <br /> 1.
