The 40-37 Building
system is to be extended to serve Clean, Seal and Paint
enclosures in New Buildings 40-36, -35, -34, -26 and -25. The new
system would tie into the existing Factory Wasta Water Piping
System which terminates at the Waste Treatment Plant.
City Officials had not had the opportunity to comment on the
Industrial Waste Piping Sytem serving the new buildings.
It was agreed that welded black steel pipe would be acceptable
for conveying Industrial Waste Water from all of the sources
noted above. The piping must be flooded at all times to prevent
or minimize oxidation of interior pipe surfaces.
Larry Wehmhoefer
Facilities Engineer, Mechanical
T-6153, OH-24
266-2818
