PLAN <br /> THE BOEING 40-41 777 TEST FACILITY <br /> The erosion control will be completed in (5) calendar days. <br /> 2. 1 6IT6 CLEARING <br /> Once all erosion control measures are in place, clearing <br /> of the ealvageable timber will proceed, leaving only the <br /> acrub brush and non-marketable materiale standing. The <br /> remaining brush will be mechanically cut to ground level <br /> and all debrie chipped for removal to a designnted <br /> dumpsite. <br /> The clearinq will be completed in (6) calendar days. <br /> 3. 1 (iRUB ]1ND STRIP <br /> To complete the removal of any remaining slash or <br /> chipping debris, all stumps and roots will be removed and. <br /> the top 3" of unauitable material stripped and hauled t� <br /> a desiqnated dumpsite. The remainder of suitable exceus <br /> or organic material will be loaded and hauled to a pre- <br /> selected future Boeing building site and placed as <br /> preload. <br /> The grub and etrip operation will be completed in (4) calendar <br /> daye. <br /> 4. ) ONSITE CUTS AND FILLS <br /> The cut to fill phaee of the project will be performed by <br /> combining (2) operatione simultaneously. Cut mateiial <br /> will be loaded directly into trucks, hauled, placed and <br /> compacted in the appropriate fill areas. In conjunct_on <br /> with the above format, auitable material will be <br /> imported from a local Boeing borrow stockpile and placed <br /> ae fill on the 40-41 site. Hy using excavators and trucks <br /> as opposed to pushing the cut material to fills, water <br /> contamination and pumping of the subqrade will be <br /> minimized facilitatinq the completion achedule and <br /> reducing the waste stream leaving the aite. (Weather <br /> conditions will play a large part in the overall success <br /> of the proposed activity schedule. ) <br /> During the course of this phase a water truck will be <br /> Page 2 <br />
