MF.MORANDUM
•C0: Kirk Brooks
FROM: Jane Zimmerman
DATE: July 31 1992
SUBJECT: Boeing 40-41 Site Work and Utilities,
Plan Review
I would like some more information relating to the fatique
test slab and the operatinq procedures for the oil/water
separator provided in conjunction with it. IPT may need to
be involved as the slabs drainage can be routed to the
sanitar.y sewer via the oil/water separator. Once we know
sore about the test slab and expected flows and contaminants
from it, we will probably need to review oil/water aeparator
calculations.
The plans refer to the "Boeing Comprehensive Drainage Plan".
This document sounds interestinq and might help us interprat
these and future drainage plane if it exists. Do you think
that we could get a copy?
The hydrology of the wetlands to the west of tha eite must
not be adversely affected by the development on the eite.
If this site is a significant source of water for the
wetlands, some provision will need to be made to continue to
deliver a similar rate and quantity of raof runff or
treated pavement runoff to the wetlands after development of
the site. The Planning department will need to review and
approve a hydrologic analysis of the wetlands that studies
these issues.

I I
1
