Plans should indicate that this is an existing structure to be relocated. 2. A site plan is required. 3. A parapet or ceiling protection will berequirod at the top of the area separation wall. Sce UBC 504.6.4. Also, the drawings should be corrected to show a two-hour wall in the crawl space. 4. UBC 1105.4.1 (state amendments) ra�uires two drinldng fountains, one at "accessible" height and one at standard height.
