Some of <br /> the inspections that should have been completed were not <br /> completed. Thie oversiqht was due to a misunderstanding <br /> of requirements between the contractor and the Boeing <br /> Conatruction Enqineer. The non-inspected work was <br /> completed satisfactorily. We are willing to accept the <br /> work because of the inteqrity of the contractor, and <br /> cloge scrutiny by our Field Engineer and Design Engineer <br /> during the construction process. <br /> We have modified our internal PraindurWe haveralso � <br /> eliminate this from happening aq <br /> implemented a procadure to invite the City Inapectors to <br /> all preconstruction meetinqs. <br /> K.
