(d) PEMC will complete a thorough photographic documentation of Block 248 and the <br /> streetscape of the 1300 block of Oakes as they now exist; and <br /> (e) An exhibit or display depicting the history and characteristics of the Donovan District will be <br /> included in new development on Block 248. <br /> 3. The City Council approves a Waiver of Certificate of Appropriateness to allow demolition of <br /> the houses on Block 248 not able to be moved or retained, with the following conditions: <br /> (a) No buildings shall be demolished in Block 248 until after January 1, 2006.
