We have <br /> reviewed your comments and have taken the following corrective <br /> actions: <br /> Iten 1 - Attached Drawing 140-085-1001-A17, has been revised to <br /> comply with UBC Section 1716. <br /> Ite;n 2 - Attached Drawing 140-085-4001-179, has been revised to <br /> delete the return air grille in the corridor, <br /> Itein 3 - Structural concrete and welding will be inspec:ed by <br /> licensed engineers. Laboratury concrete testing will <br /> be done by a certified testing lab and test reports <br /> will be submitted to the Building Department upon re- <br /> ceipt. <br /> Itein 4 - Copy of fire rating certificate for partitions is <br /> attached. Copy of certificate for ceiling system will <br /> be provided when contractor submittals are received <br /> and approved. <br />
