VENTILATION RECIRCULATION <br /> The City of Everett concerns about control of ventilation recirculation r <br /> have been discussed with our coMrols designers. It has been determined <br /> that piacing limit switches or"Delta P" sensors on control dampers will <br /> provide the necessary redundancy for verification of ventilation operation. <br /> This feature will be added to the control system. <br /> VENTILATION SMOKE DETECTORS <br /> ; ! <br /> Mechanical code does not require installation of smoke detectors in <br /> process ventilation supply systems. Typical in duct ionization detectors <br /> will not function properly in a process systom environment. Humidity and <br /> process vapors will cause false alarms. We recommend not installing in <br /> duct smoke detectors and/or upon alarm of the existirq UV/IR detector <br /> system shut down the ventilation system. <br />
