Technically, these permits are expiring. I would appreciate your assistance in clazifying the status of these permits. Some are surely finished, and we just need to schedule inspection to document final approvals. Others, if they are for work that is continuing, need either an inspection repc�7 I documenting progress, or a formal request for extension of the permits so that they do not expire. The Uniform Building Code provides that all permits expire by limitation ii the work authorized by the permit is suspended or abandoned at any time after work is commenced for a period of 18Q days. Enclosed in this packet, you will tind the list of outstanding permits, which includes brief descriptio»s of the work permitted under each, the contractor named on the permit, and the �, date of the 11st requested inspection. IUso enclosed is a copy of each listed permit and its I inspections. I am prepared to send a copy of this letter, the list, and the relevant permits and inspectioas tu each contractor.
