These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions, or additions, may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 2009 International Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and adopted by the City of Everett and the Washington State Energy Code, 2009 Edition, unless stated otherwise. In order for the processing of your application to continuP, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two complete nevr sets of construction documents reflecting the corrections requested. 1 . The Occupant Loads that were used to determine lhe mquired egress widths appear to be low. Conference rooms within o(fice spaces are typically considered as non-concentraled assembly space with 15 square feet per occupant. Z. The second floor office space between grids A,K, 1 and 7 does not appear to have adequate exit access separation in accordance with iBC 1015.2.1. 3. The plans indicate panic hardware for the doors serving the lower dming room but do not for any of the othcr group A occupancics with an occupancy load of 50 or more such as the delivery event room, lounge cafc, or third floor general conference room. IBC 1008.1.10. 4.
