(See attached for specific equipment details.) <br /> The equipment covered by this Report was evaluated from April 11, 1995 to July 24, 1995 <br /> at Boeing's facility in Everett, Washington. <br /> The equipment noted in this Report has been investigated to the referenced safety standard <br /> and as far as practical in the field and has been found to be in essential compliance with those <br /> requirements. The installation methods and final approvals at the installation site are the <br /> responsibility of the Authority Having Jurisdiction. <br /> At the conclusion of the investigation the subject equipment was labeled with an ETL <br /> serialized field label. Complete investigation information is on file at this office.
