Our intention is <br /> ta use this plan only a:c � ��communication tool" in discussions with the <br /> City. <br /> We would like the City to approve our concept and provide us with <br /> preliminary pond sizing and release rate data. <br /> Because of the short time-frame for design on this project we would <br /> like you to schedule a meeting with the City to discuss these concepts <br /> at the earliest possible date.
