The following <br /> understandings were noted: <br /> 1. Classification of H-5, Constructian Type II-N, unlimited arEa are satisfactory. <br /> 2. Proximity to the 45-06 building Is not considered a problem. <br /> 3. Control Surfaces Paint Shop with full spray hoods may bo �ccupancy Class e-2. <br /> 4. Attic areas are considered unoccupied space (Ir�ss than 10 occupants). Emergoncy <br /> exfls ere not required. <br /> 5. The Building Department notes no probtem with mechanicai smoko exhaust. <br /> Undervvritar's requirernents generally will yovr,rn. <br /> 6. High-rise p•ovislons of the building code do not apply. <br /> 7. Phased submfttals are acceptable ro the Building Department. A qrading permit <br /> application, a foundation package (with prolfminary mechanical and elsc�.rical utilfties <br /> below grade), a "shell"submittal (with preliminary ex.itway and Iife-safet�� information) <br /> and subsequont packagos dealing with interior buildout are plannod. <br />
