Thes� I <br /> complaints included; parking in the alleyway, suspected junk autos, trash and <br /> garbage, H re hazards and sub-standard buildings, Both the Police Department <br /> and Fire DepartmenC have answered similar complaints in the area. Most of the <br /> complaints are directed toward the apartment house at 1215 Co1Sy. This two <br /> story atructure appeara legal in all respects, the g:ounds are kept in an <br /> acceptable manner and tUere has been recent repairs and improcements made. We <br /> have no reason to Uelieve that any Housing Code violations exist at ehis location. <br /> Whether or not there are illegal activities going on is Ueyond the scope of the <br /> Houaing Code. We believe our present "right of entry" laws are adequate and are <br /> clearly defined in the U.II,C.
