Staff has completed <br /> a review of these documents and has found them acceptable. This acceptance allows me to <br /> approve this project. <br /> The staffs review is pursuant to WAC 246-318 Hospital Codified Rules, Regulations and Standards <br /> adopted by the Departrnent of Heatth as amended to date. <br /> I am awafing the fire sprinkler and fire alartn drawings. <br /> Local building o�cials are responsible for review and approval of structurai design; state energy <br /> code chapter 51-11 �VAC; indoor air qualiry chapter 51-13 WAC; and bartier-free accessibility <br /> chapter 51-20 WAC. Confortnance wifh state electrical standards shall be detertnined by the State <br /> Department of Labor and Industries, or local authority with jurisdiction. <br /> I am issuing approval for this installa6on phase of consWction. Final approval is subjed to <br /> applicable codes��d fiPld inspections.
