Th�=. Applicant requesled approval of a Special Property Use Permit for the <br /> consiruction of a 1,940 square foot emerc�ency generalor building to be <br /> developed in lwo phases. Phase I of the development would be conslruction of a <br /> 980 square foot building wilh an 8,000-gallon underground fuel lank. Phase II <br /> would be tlie construction oi an addition of 960 square (eet to house additional <br />' generators. In order to construct this project, the Applicant must secure a <br />�' building selback variance oH 13°i Street.
