(findings 17— 22) <br /> DECISION <br /> Based upon the precediny Findings of Fact and Conclusions and testimony and <br /> evidence Submitted at ihe public hearing, it is hereby ordered that ihe Special Property <br /> Use Permit for the two-phased construction of a 1,940 square foot emergency <br /> generator building at 1321 Colby, Everett, Washington, is granted. Phase I shall <br /> include the development of a 980 square foot building and an 8,000-gallon underground <br /> i�el tank. Phase II includes a 960 square foot addition to house additional generaiors. <br /> Ir order to consiruct lhis development, the Applicant is also granted a variance to <br /> reduce the building setback off 13�' Street to 3' 4". These permits are granted subjecl lo <br /> the following condiiians: <br /> 1. A Public Works Permit is required for lhis project. Detailed drawings in <br /> accordance with City Design and Construction Standards shall be submitied to � <br /> the Public Works Department, showing site parking layout, landscaping, utilities, , <br /> storm drainage, iemporary construction erosion control, and all required <br /> improvemenls in the public right-of-evay. Public Works Depariment approval of <br /> these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements <br /> shall be compleled, approved and warranted before ihe Occupancy Permit is <br /> issued/final approval is granted. <br /> 2. This project must comply with ihe current City of Everett Building Code and <br /> Sprinkler Ordinance. <br /> 3. This proposal shall meet the requirements of section 4-2.2.4 of the City's <br /> Stormwater Management Manual, which coniains criteria that apply to the design <br /> and installation of underground fuel tanks. <br /> � <br />� <br />
