The other exisling vent stacks on the roof screen the antennas <br /> of other wireless carriers. The associated radio cabinets will be located within the hospital <br /> building. The need of the neighborhood, district, or City for a proposed special property use. <br /> Findinqs; There is a need for ihis facility at lhis location. T-Mobile's customers are <br /> requiring in-building coverage in this part of Everett. T-hlobile is unable, al this time, to <br /> provide the required in-building coverage. The proposed site is necessary, and is the best <br /> location, to provide wireless in-building coverage that will include emergency 911 system <br /> connections. <br /> Conclusion: The antennas will allew T-Mobile to upgrade their customer service network <br /> and provide reliable cellular service for citizens who use their celtular phones for safety <br /> and security in addition to private communication. <br /> �Jy <br />
