The generetion of nuisance irritants such as noise, smoke, dust, odor, glare, visual <br /> blight or other undesirable impact�. <br /> Fi�dings: The proposed project will not generate noise, smoke, dusl, odor, glare or visual <br /> blight. The radio cabinet will be contained within the hospital building, and will not impact <br /> surrounding properties. Three additional vent stacks on the roof will not create visual <br /> blight on the area. <br /> Conclusion: The proposal will nol generate nuisai�ce irritants. <br /> 9. Consistency with the goals and poiicies of the Everett General Plan for the area and <br /> land use designation in which the property is located. <br /> Findin s: The proposed project is consistenl with the Comprehensive Plan ("Plan") of the <br /> City of Everett. The subject proposal most accurately (alls under the Public Ulilities <br /> section of the Plan. Under Section 1.8.2, "all public utilities shall be sited and developed <br /> so as to be compatibie with adjoining land uses, to the maximum extent possible." The <br /> proposed project, with antennas in vent stacks on an existing building rooftop, is <br /> compatible with the surrounding area. It will have minimal visual impact on the area, as <br /> vent stacks already exist in the rooftop. Three additional vant stacks will not af(ect the <br /> adjoining residentialiy used parceis. <br /> Conclusion: The use is consistent wilh lhe Generai Pian. <br /> 10. Compliance with the provisions of this Ordinance and other City, State and Federal <br /> regulations. <br /> Findings: All necessary building and associated permits musl be oblained for the <br /> proposal prior to conslruclion. <br /> Conclusion: Th� proposal will comply with lhe provisions of the City's Zoning Code and <br /> the applicant must oblain any required State and/or Federal permits. <br /> 11. Accessibility to public transit, and treffic reduction measures proposed by the <br /> applicant to reciuce dependence of the proposed use on the automobile. <br /> Findinqs: The fecility is unmanned. <br /> Conclusion: Criteria is not applicable. <br /> � <br /> .
