Provide detail for one-hour fire-resistive assembly tested in accordance with ASTM E 119 or UL 263 with exposure from both sides for the north wall of the proposed garage. 2. Specify diameter and length of anchor bolts. Specify minimum 7" embedment. M!nimum nvo (2) each piece and within 12" of Pach end of each piece. 3. Provide 3"x 3"x 1/4" plate washer on all anchor bolks in braced wall lines. 4. Table R602.3(5) limits the height of studs in bearing walls that are laterally unsupported, to a maximum of SO feet. Increases in laterally unsupported height is permilted where justified by analysis by a licensed Washington State structural engineer. 5. The plans show insulation iri the walls and ceiling; if this is a heated structure, compliance with the Washington State Energy Code (WSEC) must be included with the submittal.
