This section states that "It is unlaxful for any oti+ner or occupant of any occupied premises, or any osrner or agent having charge of any unoccupied premises within the corporate limits of the city to auffer or ' allow any glass, metal, broken ware, rubbish, debris, trash, .- dirt, garbage or other substaace or thing that creates a hazard to the health, morals, safety or general welfare of human beings Who m^y live therein or to the general public, to be thrown or deposited or zemain upon the premises, or on the street: to the ' centerline thereof in front or at the eide of the premises or on the alley to the centerline thereof, at the side of or beliind any premises so owned or occupied by him or of which he has charge as ageat or tenant or occupant." - Our investigation found wood and metal debris, discarded furniture, old lumber, old tirea and rubbish in the rear yard of theae premises. To correct this violation, all of the rubbish, trash and debris should be removed and disposed of in a lawful manner. Please correct thia violation by ' March 1, 1989. Further, it appeara that a major addition has been made to the structure at 1812 Colby in the past few years. A review of files indicatee this conatruction was done without the benefit of permits as required by the Everett Municipal Co3e. Please contact me to rectify thia situation through the acquisition of a permit and an inspection o.f the premiaes, or to present evidence to the contrary of my findings.
