This section states that <br /> "It is unlaxful for any oti+ner or occupant of any occupied <br /> premises, or any osrner or agent having charge of any unoccupied <br /> premises within the corporate limits of the city to auffer or <br />' allow any glass, metal, broken ware, rubbish, debris, trash, .- <br /> dirt, garbage or other substaace or thing that creates a hazard <br /> to the health, morals, safety or general welfare of human beings <br /> Who m^y live therein or to the general public, to be thrown or <br /> deposited or zemain upon the premises, or on the street: to the <br />' centerline thereof in front or at the eide of the premises or on <br /> the alley to the centerline thereof, at the side of or beliind any <br /> premises so owned or occupied by him or of which he has charge as <br /> ageat or tenant or occupant." - <br /> Our investigation found wood and metal debris, discarded furniture, old lumber, <br /> old tirea and rubbish in the rear yard of theae premises. <br /> To correct this violation, all of the rubbish, trash and debris should be removed <br /> and disposed of in a lawful manner. Please correct thia violation by <br />' March 1, 1989. <br /> Further, it appeara that a major addition has been made to the structure at <br /> 1812 Colby in the past few years. A review of files indicatee this conatruction <br /> was done without the benefit of permits as required by the Everett Municipal <br /> Co3e.
