An inspection of the building reveals several daficiencies which may be deemed detrimenial to the health, safety, and welfue of the public as defined in the Uniform Housing Code, and the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings. These conditions may be sufficient to declaze the building to be dangerous. We appreciate the fact that negotiations are ongoing relative to the insurance settlemenL We ask, however, that you please advise this office within ten(10) days of your receipt of this letter, as to the action you plan to take and a time frame to accomplish this. Any work performed on the building will require building permits.
