Per the attached, the City gave the owner, Mr. Choi, a Notice and Order <br /> estabiishing time limits for repairing or demolition of the structure on December 5, <br /> 1994. The notice gave him until February 5, 1995 to either demolish or obtain ail <br /> necessary permits and began repair of the structure. If neither has occurred by that <br /> date, the Building O�cial will go to City Council on February 8, 1995, and submit a <br /> Resolution for demolition of the building.
