This must be completed before
February 8, 1995 or the matter will be taken to the City Council to request authority to
', have the Building Department contract the demolition and place a lien against the
property to recover the costs incurred to do this work.
I •
If the issue dces go efore the Council you would have an opportunity to speak before
 a decision is rendered.
Prior to applying for the building permits to rebuild a review by the Planning
Department for compliance with the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) is
' required. Gerry Ervine gave you the checklist required for this submittal.
In order to rebuild and not provide more parking spaces then existed, the Planning
Department must certify the non-conforming status of the previous uses. Gerry Ervine
also provided you with an applicafion packet for [his process at the meeting.
; Regarding the required documentaGon to provide with this application, the city utility
records do not include information reflecting apartments.
CIIY OF EVERETT•3200 Cedar Street• Everett,WA 98201 • (206) 259-8800 • Fax (206) 259-8856
