The above-described building shall either be repaired in accordance with all <br /> curcent Building Code requirements and all other applicable codes or <br /> demolished. <br /> Ill. If the owners elect to repair the building in accordance with Uie current Building <br /> Code requirements, all required permits must be secured therefore, and the work <br /> physicall,y commenced within sixty (GO) days of tlie date of this Order. <br /> IV. If the owners elect to demolish the building, all required permits shall be secured <br /> therefore within thirty (30) days of the date of this order. Such demolition must <br /> be completed within forty-five (45) days from the date of this Order. <br /> V. Since the building cannot be used in its present condition, it shall be kept secured <br /> from unauthorized entry and remain vacant until such time as the building is <br /> repaired in accordance with the current Building Code or demolished. <br /> VI. If the requirements set fortl� in Paragraphs Ili, IV and V above are not complied <br /> with, the City of Everett will order the building to remain vacated and proceed to <br /> cause the building to be demolished and charge the costs thereof against the <br /> property. <br /> VII. Any person having any record title or legal interest in the building may appeal <br /> from the Notice and Order to the Housing Advisory and Appeals Boaro. Such <br /> appeal must be in writing as is required in the Uniform Code For the Abatement <br /> of Dangerous Buildings, and tiled with the City of Everett Building OElicial <br /> within thirty (30) days from the date of service of this Notice and Ordec Failure <br /> to appeal will constitute a waiver of all riglit to an administrative hearing and <br /> determination of the matter. <br /> VIII.
