- -; � RFSOLUTION NO. 4073 A RESOLUTION pursuant to the iJniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, authorizing the demolition and clearing of the building from the property at 1901 Colby. WHEREAS, the City of Everett Building Official has found the building on the property located at 1901 Colby to be dangerous to the health, safety and welfare of the public pursuant to the Ciry of Everett Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Buildings, and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Building Official issued a Notice and Order requiring the owners of the property to repair or demolish and remove the building from the property, and WHEREAS, the Ciry Council finds that the repair or demolition of the buildings has not taken place as required in the Order, and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the Building Official has the authority to recommend this action pursuant to the Uniform Code for the Abatement of Dangerous Boildings; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the owners have been given notice of this � Council meeting; and WHEREAS, the City Council, upon due consideration, deems it in the best interest of the health, safety, and welfare of the public that a Resolution be adopted requiring the demolition of the building; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF EVERETT: ection 1• That the building located at 1901 Colby Avenue, Everett, Washington, which is legally described as follows, contains conditions which endanger the life, limb, health, property, safety, and welfare of the public: Legal description of the property is as follows: Lot 1 and 2, Block 379, Everett Division B,Plat of Everett as recorded in Volume 3, Page 60, records of Snohomish County Washington.
