With two Pamilies living in the structure, garbage rapidly <br /> accumulates when there is no routine removal and disposal. <br /> Perhaps saneday we may have sane legislation that will Porce owners of multi <br /> dwelling units to provide for adequate refuse containers as well as removal of <br /> the garbage. <br /> 1568H <br />
