(unknown at this time if this is an approved use) <br /> Here is the summary of our findings. <br /> 1. "The Hectrical Service and subpanels have been altered without inspection. Hazardous Violations Exist". <br /> 2. The Elettrical system serving this building is in violation of IPMC 108.1.1 and the Natronal [lectric Code. <br /> 3. An Unsafe Equipment placard has been posted on the front door of the buiidmg. <br /> Your assistance in resolving this matter would be appreuated. <br /> Ted Budden <br /> t <br />
