If you wish to recommence <br /> work you may zenew your permit at no cost for an additional 180 day peziod <br /> by submittiny a written request to this office. Tk�e renewal zequest must <br /> reach us by April 3, 1989. Any corrections requir?d must be completed and <br /> final appcoval obtained before April 3rd. Permits that have been neither <br /> finaled not renewed by that date will expire.
