N.1 . <br /> Apt• �4: Properly seal bathtub and tiles as in Apt. kl . <br /> Provide adequate bracing for support posts within the foundation area. <br /> Replace all wood rot within the foundation. <br /> Correctly instail drainage tiles around founation. <br /> Remove all vegetation from foundation vents. <br /> Informatior; on building permits to accomplish this work may be obtained <br /> from the Building Inspection Department and all corrections must meet <br /> the present building codes.
