The Applicant reyuested approval of a Special Property Use Permit for ihe property at 2130 Colby Avenue, Everett, Washington. At that location is a residence that has historical significance in the Gity of Everett (the Van Valey House). The Applicant seeks to use the residence for Parks Department staff offices and public meetings.
