These criteria are satisfied as set forth in <br /> findings#4 -#15. <br /> DECISION <br /> Based upon the pre�eding Findings ai Fact and Conclusions, testimony and evidence <br /> submitted at the public hearing, and upon the impression of the Hearing Examiner at a <br /> site view, il is l�ereby ordered that the requested Speciai Property Use Permit for the <br /> use of an historical residence at 2130 Colby Avenue, Everett,Washington is allowed <br /> and a Special Property Use Permit is granted subjecl to the following conditions: <br /> 1. The Van Valey House wfll be available for rental betwe,en ihe hours of 6 a.m. and <br /> 1 a,m. <br /> 2. A siaff member wiil be at ihe house at all times that the facility is rented. <br /> 3. Maximum occupancy for ihe house for rentals Is 49. <br /> 4. The Van Valey house is listed on the Evereit Historical Register, and there shall � <br /> be no major extemal modifications resulting from this proposal. The Historic <br /> Commission approved two new off-street parking spaces adjscent to the alley, an <br /> ADA accessible parking space and access ramp on the noRh side of the house <br /> s� <br />
