The <br /> legal description for the property is as folloivs : <br /> 1-2 Block, 979 Plat of F.verett, Lots 1 and <br /> 2 (See attached Legal De�cription and addre�� <br /> for the Oregon IIanl; herein attached) . <br /> I inen went to the ]iouse located at 2201 Colby and noted the <br /> backdoor had been forccd in and numerous ti•�indows i <br /> : �� � have been broken. The windows at onc time had been co�mpletely <br />� i' � ' boarded up but apparently various people have torn the ply�,-ood <br /> 0 off ihe windoios and have yained entry to the building. 7 <br />� '� just stepped momentarily into ihe Y.itchen and noted that tl�e <br /> I •y,,. house apparently is furnislled and ihe house sliould be secured <br /> to prevent the belongings from being talcen awa <br /> .i concern for the building is the fact that- juvenilesyare}�er <br /> i , ,; apparenily enterinq the building and using ihe house as a <br /> ii ' <ii!' hideout.
