The purpose of the parkinq lot would be to provide off <br /> Btreet parkinq for the adjoininq apartment tenants. <br /> PIlIDIIIGS: After reviewinq the proposed eite plan nnd receivinq <br /> comments from the City of Everett Public Works, and Buildinq <br /> Departments, the Planninq Department hereby qrnnts approval of the <br /> parkinq lot as shown on the site plan received by the Building <br /> Department on July 8, 1993 subject to the followinq conditions: <br /> 1 A rai6ed pinnter, betveen 18 to 24 inches in heiqht, must be <br /> provided alonq Broadway Ave. , in the area currently shovn with s <br /> landscape atrip. The planter must be a minimum of 5 feet wide, <br /> and have a ledqe or other desiqn feature which makes it suitable <br /> for pedestrian seatinq. <br /> 2. The planter ahall be planted vith trees, spaced at not more thnn <br /> 20 feet on center, and with st�rubs which �eill form a solid screen <br /> not more that 42 inches hiqh above the abuttinq sidewalk. <br /> 3.
