RESOLUTIOtJ IdO. <br /> WHE12BA5 On the z4th day of November , 1976 the City of <br /> Everett Building Official or his duly authorized representative <br /> requested the Evere�t City Council in regular public meeting <br /> to order that those named in that certain NOTICE OP UNSI�f•'E <br /> IIUILDING(S) dated the 26th day of August �ly 7F <br /> (iJnsafe Buildings Reference No. 7608-217 ) , a duplicate <br /> original copy of which is attached hereto and by this reference <br /> incorporated herein as though set forth in full herein, as <br /> the owner (s) of the unsafe buildinq (s) , or structure (s) or <br /> poztion (s) thereof described in said notice prosecuted as <br /> a violator of the provisions of the City of �verett Building <br /> Code, Chapter 16. 04 Everett City Code adopting and amending <br /> the Uniform Building Code, 1973 Edition prepared by the <br /> International Conference of IIuilding Officials and further <br /> reguested the Everett City Council to order the City of <br /> Everett IIuilding Official to proceed with the work reguired <br /> and specified in said notice pursuant to and in accordance <br /> with said City of �verett Building Code on the grounds of <br /> � the failure, neglect or refusal of said owner (s! to comply <br /> with the provisions of said notice, and <br /> .
