Extra ref�iperated storape is hiphly recommended. <br /> 4. Fioors, walls and ceilinp of the food preparation and scullery area shall be Iight-colored, <br /> smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable. <br /> 5. There shall be no direc! connections between Ihe sewerape system and any drains <br /> oripinatinp from equipment in wh(ch food is placed. This includes vepetable preparation <br /> sinks and �e machines. <br /> 6. A properly vented dual check valve device or an approved reduced pressure backflow <br /> assembiy between copper pipe or tubing and carbonated beverape dispensing machines is <br /> required. <br /> 7. The Health Dtstrict operating permit application process must be completed prior to <br /> openfnp for business. An application and (ee schedule are encbsed for your use. <br /> If there are any significant changes or additions to your layout or equipment, the Snohomish <br /> Healih Dlslrict must be notified. <br /> A pre-operational fnspeclion is required prior to openfng tor business.
