9. Consistency with the goals and policies of the Everett Genenl Plan for the area <br /> and land use designation in which the property is toeated. <br /> Find(ng: The site is designated 3.1 Centrel Business District on the City of EveretYs <br /> Comprehensive Plan map. The Comprehensive Plan contains a policy that encourages <br /> co-locatlon of utilities, where possible, in order to minimize environmental disturbance. <br /> Conclusion: The use is consistent with the General Plan. <br /> 10. Compliance with the provisions of this Ordinance and other City, SWte and <br /> Federal regulations. <br /> Finding: All necessary buiiding and associated permits must be obtained for the <br /> proposal prior to construction. <br /> Conclusion: The proposal will comply with the provisions ot the City's Zoning Code and <br /> the applicant must obtain any required State and/or Federal permits. <br /> 11. Accessibility to pu6lfc transit, and traffic reduction measures proposed by the <br /> applicant to reduce dependence of the proposed use on the automobiie. <br /> Findings: The facility is unmanned, <br /> Conciusion: Criterion No. 71 is not applicable. <br /> pECISION: The proposal is approved as submitted subject to compliance with all city, state and <br /> federal regulations. The (ollowing conditions shall apply: <br /> 1. All panel antennas shall be painted to match the exterior fi�ish of the mechanical screen <br /> wall. <br /> 2. Placement of antennas shall generally be consistent with the SitelRoof Plan daled June <br /> 24, 1997. Minor modifications may be approved by the Planni�g Director. <br /> 3. It wili be responsibility of the antenna site manager and individual tenants, at iheir <br /> expense, to resolve all redio interference o�ginating from the Everett Mutual tower site <br /> affecting FCC licensed communications, including public safety communication systems, <br /> or public receptio� of broadcast signals. Undesirabla radio signals that intertere and/or <br /> decrease the pertormance of mobile, portable and fixed public safety communicalions <br /> equipment shall be quickly resolved. The Everett Tower site manager shall terminate <br /> operation of any offending radio(s) if the situation cannot be resoived quickly. <br /> 4.
