Consistency with the goals and policies of the Everett Genenl Plan for the area <br /> and land use designation in which the property is toeated. <br /> Find(ng: The site is designated 3.1 Centrel Business District on the City of EveretYs <br /> Comprehensive Plan map. The Comprehensive Plan contains a policy that encourages <br /> co-locatlon of utilities, where possible, in order to minimize environmental disturbance. <br /> Conclusion: The use is consistent with the General Plan. <br /> 10. Compliance with the provisions of this Ordinance and other City, SWte and <br /> Federal regulations. <br /> Finding: All necessary buiiding and associated permits must be obtained for the <br /> proposal prior to construction. <br /> Conclusion: The proposal will comply with the provisions ot the City's Zoning Code and <br /> the applicant must obtain any required State and/or Federal permits. <br /> 11.
