These comments address building issues only, additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1991 Uniform Building Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1991, 2nd Edition, unless stated otherwise. Separate toilet facilities for each sex are required by Sec. 705(c). The Uniform Plumbing Code as amended by the state of Washington, Chapter 22 "Minimum Plumbing Facilities," requires 1 toilet. 1 urinal and I lavatory in the men's toilet room and 3 toilets and 1 lavatory in the women's toilet room. The city of Everett policy allows a 1/3 reduction in these requirements. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. Upon resubmittal of the drawings, your application will be given priority and plan review recommence. All required submittals shall be of sufficient detail and contain sufficient information to ensure that the proposed structure will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes.
