� <br /> , � CITff OF EVFREIT , i <br /> SPECIAL PBOPFBTY IISE PPRI�IIT I <br /> ! <br /> WHEREAS, ehere was filed with the City of Everett Planning Department on � <br /> April 8, 1991 an application for a Special Property Use Pezmit, under � <br /> Ordinance 4.167.1-89 as amended Section 41.150 regarding Special Propeity tJses � <br /> by Marianna Conner, Snohomish County Human Services Deparement <br /> described aa follows: <br /> To locate a governmental service use on the ground floor at street level <br /> in a retail corridor of the core area of the City of Everett I <br /> AND, WFiIItEAS, after proper notice was given as required by law, a public I <br /> hearing was held on May 9, 1991 before the Clty of Everett Land Use Hearing <br /> Examiner; and <br /> WHEREAS, after consideration of the evidence presented by the Applicant; <br /> evidence elicited during the public hearing; and as a reault of a personal <br /> inspection of the subject property and surrounding areas; the Hearing Examiner <br /> made findings and conclusions and rendered a decision on May 23, 1991 to gran� <br /> the Special Properr.y Use Permit with the folloWing conditions: <br /> 1. The SpeciaJ. Property Use Permit ahall not be tranaferable. <br /> 2. The parking stalls must be maintained per the proposal and the existing <br /> Special Property Use Permit for the same agency at the same address: <br /> stalls for 80 percent of the employees and for all of the departmental <br /> vehicles must be maintained. <br /> 3. Transit information must be available to cllents at all times in a place <br /> of public use. The Applicant has provided a copy af information tu be <br /> used in correspondence wlth clients that encourages t:he use of public <br /> traasportation. <br /> 4. Transit use and ride—share programs sliall be encouraged for all <br /> employees. County Council ordinance adopted July 3, 1991 sets forth a <br /> program for employee use of transit and ride sharing. <br /> 5.
