Tl�e service wire shows signs of overheating. <br /> 2. The fuses are discolored from ovcrlieating. <br /> 3. Tlie main switcli sliows evidence of- Ulowing the main fuse. , <br /> 4. The copper service wire from the meter Co the main switch has <br /> Ueen anncaled from the heat, <br /> 5. There are illegal taps on the load side of tl�e main disconnecl- <br /> whidi were made to acco�date a cluster of small panels for <br /> branch circuits. <br /> Apparently thia situation has progressively grown over a period of <br /> ycars to tlie poinL it is now a very liazardous condition. <br /> A new service and panel must be installed which will accommodate all <br /> branch circuits used in Uie encolsure. <br /> Arrangements liavc Ueen made with P.U.11, Co metcr in the present locaCion <br /> which will reduce the cosC of the installation, <br /> This condil-ion should be corrected immediately as it is an exlremely <br /> l�azardous condition whiclt is a potential Eire sourcc. <br /> Sincerely <br /> .7ol�n ll.
