The intent of the ordinance is to help protect the downtown streetscape and encourage economic development in one of the City's important retail a�d business centers. TYis ordinance establishes minimum maintenance requirements for structures in the CBD in an effort to keep lhe streetscape vibrant and attractive. The ordinance becomes effective September 1, 2009.
